What is baffling me is why does my Huawei Y7 connect and use the data perfectly fine and my other older android devices do not.I have tried all the recommended fixes. iPhone X @ latest iOS 13 update, with iOS 12 all worked fine. In response to bhavingupta1989 Hopefully you guys get this fixed sooner than later. Ive reset network settings multiple times since with no luck. Hope that Apple resolves the problem soon... I was previously using iOS 10.1 and hotspot was working as normal, appearing as an option underneath cellular.

I use my hotspot (iPhone SE) for my mobile work device and since the upgrade to the latest iOS, I’m unable to connect to the internet via my hotspot. In response to chris_g1 Sailor Steve There is critical hotspot bug with this update .

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. It could be possible that iOS 13 hotspot not working problem is due to outdated carrier settings. Update to the Latest Version of iOS .
Hello! I use for a couple of smart TVs and a couple of Amazon echos (rarely more than one at a time). By touching the Personal Hotspot switch, I now have my network access again. This seems to be an iOS 13 issue even after the most recent releases. I can get it to work sometimes, but it is WAY more trouble than it used to be. Once connected, it is fine, but the trick is getting connected in the first place.
