A further point to mention is that HSF Graf Spee may be used to train not only German commanders, but she may also be used to train any of the High School Fleet girls regardless of their nationality. All hits, several pens, and the only thing left working on his aft was his rudder and a single main battery turret. Also is IFHE highly effective in Bismarck?

All HE attacks, for the purposes of damaging modules (steering gears, engines, magazine, main battery mount, secondary mount, AA mounts, torpedoes) have an area of effect blast. got her?
Lets review each aspect, give some build suggestions and go through how she plays. I don't particularly enjoy the Graf Spee but it is an interesting diversion when I am tired of more standard ships.

I'm not remotely confident enough of what's happening to say they'd definitely go off, and your absolutely more likely t get cits the conventional ways, but i wouldn't rule it out and i do notice a tendency to take slightly more random cits than most ships, but that could be some combination of her handling and/or sze and/or confirmation bias. My guess is perhaps those AA numbers are from the Cleveland?
BB vs cruiser. Not that you can allways avoid that, i'm no expert programmer or anything but even i've figured that out. [WOLFD]

For those with questions about HSF Graf Spee, please refer to this FAQ: I seem to be stuck alive but at stand-off range where I don't do much damage. Graf Spee's torpedoes have a 16.5m blast size, for example, while a USN 127mm/38 HE shell has a 5.7m blast.
Lemme add those to my archive. They can also do some damage to similar tiered and lower BBs, though you should be firing from range as Spee is not a BB nor a brawler.

[C-CA] She is, in short, a reconstructed pre-dreadnought battlecruiser. Generally it seems like Graf isn't great because realistically there usually isn't a need for a specialized cruiser to kill other cruisers.

Given the extensive presence of 2 cv ships, gonna be wondering that. Can you imagine being the poor programmer that has to untangle that floss? It;s simple and easy to understand, (though probably not implement), and guaranteed to actually do the job. I should say cruiser cautiously because she is having an identity crisis, with small battleship caliber guns on a cruiser frame. In regards to secondaries specifically, she just doesn't have the range (or tier) to make massive secondary investments work. You need to play a total of 10 battles to post in this section.

Are you using Aiming Mod equipment? urge I invariably play my Scharnhorst with its 9 guns of mediocre accuracy. The HSF version can be visually identical and has extra camo bonuses besides.
