I’ve actually thought about seeing if I could put together some video interviews with the graduates over Skype. I feel like I’ve learned a lot just from watching all of the guys featured in that documentary, so it is cool to see that a lot of them have gone off and had successful careers in the SEAL teams and beyond.If this is the same Jason Pace I’m thinking of, I believe he is Herndon, VA now. I went to indoc with Class 234 in October of 2000. It followed a Navy SEAL training class, specifically BUD/S Class 234, from phases 1 - 3 of their 6 month long training. He was a stand up guy, we lost some guys May 4th, 2006 and he and his team paid their respects at their memorial. Their idea was to take the diving from 2nd Phase and teach it to civilians.SAIC sent me over to test their program and it was fantastic. From everything I read, it’s tough for guys pushing their mid-20’s, let alone 30’s!It seems like the perfect hybrid would be the body / stamina of an 18 year old, combined with the mental tenacity / toughness of a guy in his 30’s would be your best shot at getting through.Lt.
